As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining, prioritizing, and executing product initiatives that support our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining product features, and delivering solutions that enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.
As the first Product Manager on our customer-centric product team, you will play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and executing a series of innovative product initiatives that enhance our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform. While a major focus will be on the development and launch of a new mobile application in 2024, your responsibilities will extend to multiple projects aimed at driving user engagement and satisfaction across our platform.
Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will collaborate closely with Technology, Design, and Marketing teams. Your leadership will ensure that each initiative, starting with the mobile app, is not only innovative and user-centric but also strategically aligned with our broader business goals. Your efforts will be crucial in driving growth and solidifying our market position by delivering impactful product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of products and features.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather and prioritize product requirements, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives to inform product decisions.
- Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategic objectives.
- User Experience Optimization: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the overall customer experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, track performance against goals, and iterate on product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Management: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product roadmap, status, and priorities, and soliciting feedback to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Product Leadership: Collaborate with teams across the organization to integrate product, technology, and marketing strategies, enhancing overall business impact and customer value.
- Accountable for professional working behavior to include building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating VSHRED’s core values.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
