Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Assist clients with the administration of their insurance policies, including processing claims and updating policy information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.

You will receive 10 paid holidays, 80 hours paid sick / personal leave, and after one year 40 hours vacation time. After 3 years you will receive 80 hours paid vacation.
