Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Experience working in a dental office or medical receptionist experience is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of basic office equipment
