Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store profitability and productivity
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Conduct employee orientations and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and pricing decisions
- Oversee shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally
- Conduct interviews for hiring new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales and management
- 5 years Automotive experience
- Ability to lead training development programs for staff
- Proficient in employee orientation, shift management, and customer service practices
- Excellent stock management skills including pricing strategies
- Demonstrated ability in conducting interviews for recruitment purposes
