Job SummaryWe are seeking an Office Manager to join our HVAC company. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling projects, A/P, A/R, HR support, Payroll and maintaining office equipment supplies. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain calendar of appointments
- Maintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of the IT department
- Pay and record invoices
- Track technician hours
- Assist Project Managers
- Accurately maintain general office budget
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Manager in HVAC or similar trade preferred
- Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
