Job Description
In this position, you will be supporting our clients with completing their satisfaction surveys via phone calls. We will provide you with a queue of phone calls each day and you will help walk the caller through each question and document their responses.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound phone calls, utilizing our cloud based VoIP software
- Read survey scripts verbatim and ask provided questions to respondents
- Record responses to open ended questions and multiple-choice questions
- Display professional telephone etiquette and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances
- Meet call volume and quality parameters in accordance with internal guidelines; typically 80-150 phone calls per day (which will be provided for you, no cold calling required)
Requirements
- You must be comfortable with talking on the phone
- High Speed Internet
- Your own Laptop or PC (Windows 8 or newer)
- Your own headset
- 20-30 hours of availability per week
- Flexible availability – We are open M-F between the hours of 8AM – 5PM and Weekends 10AM - 4PM; We provide a schedule for you at 2 week intervals
