As a Call Center Agent / Data Entry specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with our clients and accurate management of data related to orders and customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from clients promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and order details in the company's database.
Enter new customer information, update existing records, and ensure data integrity and consistency.
Address customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for prompt resolution.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or the equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.50 - $26.30 per hour
