Medical Provider for Immediate Hire
Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and Physician licensed to practice in North Carolina. Must be Medicaid-credentialed or Medicaid-eligible. These are firm requirements.
Fully tele-health position for four sessions of four hours each, i.e. two eight-hour days or another variation of 16 clinical hours per week. Possibility to expand to more hours as the practice grows.
Medical clinic has medical director (physician) consultation available, but ability to practice fully independently is a must. DEA license required. This specialty clinic sees a range of underserved community conditions including: Opioid Use Disorder, Hepatitis C treatment, and HIV management. Clinical training, orientation, and updates available for these conditions.
Skills: Empathy and compassion, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility, teamwork and collaboration, and technical proficiency. Experience with Medications of Opioid Use Disorder, HCV and HIV treatment a plus.
Physical clinic location in Fayetteville, NC at Community Health Interventions, a community-clinic setting with experienced RN-level staff and auxiliary staff on-site.

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
