Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished part meticulously, ensuring they meet quality standards, and make necessary adjustments for perfection.
- Operate Machinery: Handle advanced machinery and equipment with precision to maintain efficient and accurate production.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to assemble and manufacture car body parts, ensuring every piece meets our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Play a key role in managing inventory by tracking materials and alerting supervisors when stock levels are low.
- Innovate & Improve: Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and engaging in problem-solving activities.
- Organized Workspace: Keep your workspace clean and organized to support smooth and efficient production operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent .
- Experience: This is an entry-level position. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to set you up for success.
- Team Player: Thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively with your colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and precision, ensuring every part meets our high standards.
- Quick Learner: Basic understanding of machinery operation with a knack for quickly mastering new equipment.
