Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Office Manager & Marketing Assistant
Job Description: Commercial Real Estate Office Manager and Marketing Assistant to six (6) experienced commercial real estate brokers
Duties to include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the brokers, including preparing & updating marketing flyers using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Maintain branding and distribution of consistent company online & printed materials, social media posts, ads, marketing flyers, and promotional products.
- Post marketing flyers into, and ongoing updating and maintenance of online commercial property multiple listing services such as LoopNet.com, Boise Valley Economic Partnership, Commercial Brokers Association/Catalyst, and CREXI.
- Assist with messaging and branding on social media, update and maintain company Squarespace website, and schedule e-mail blasts/property marketing campaigns through Squarespace.
- Position will have some direct in person contact with customers, must be professional and pleasant
- Perform clerical duties such as coordinating broker open houses and ordering office supplies.
- Maintain filing systems to ensure ease of retrieving important documentation
- Track and maintain active and pending real estate transaction files as mandated by the Idaho Real Estate Commission
- Ensure office is well maintained and professional
Professional Qualifications/Requirements:
- Maintain strict client/broker/company confidentiality
- Maintain professional appearance, attire, and demeanor
- Organized, self-motivated, creative, and a problem solver
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multi-task with great attention to detail
- Able to work independently, without much instruction or supervision
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in design software including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
- Proficient in the Squarespace website platform, including adding webpages & scheduling e-mail blast marketing campaigns
- Consideration will be given candidates who have experience in both Apple and Microsoft products
- Previous commercial real estate marketing experience a plus, but not required
WORK HOURS – 20 hours per week beginning at 9:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. ( Possible flexibility on days/start time)
STARTING PAY – $18.00-$22.00 depending on experience
