We’re looking for a detailed-orientated Digital Analyst to join our growing analytics team remotely within the United States.
As a Digital Analyst you will, analyze data related to digital products and promotions to influence the success of the organization’s digital portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Analytics, you will track the performance of digital products and promotions.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver regular reporting and actionable marketing insights to internal and external stakeholders to inform strategic business decisions
- Manage ad hoc requests from Sales and Market Research teams for measurement of loyalty activities, promotions, and digital games and circulate results with internal stakeholders
- Understand business requirements, identify and document objectives, goals and success measures
- Identify target audiences/segments for campaigns to maximize growth and retention
- Design and develop standardized reporting for digital business including iLottery, Loyalty, and Marketing
- Responsible for the quality of data collected and used in reporting. Responsible for collecting, collating, and evaluating issues and problems with data.
- Assist in data platform strategy and design
- GDPR Oversight and Strategic Planning
- Provide statistical peer reviews as needed
- Present and communicate analytical findings to internal stakeholders and clients
- Participate on Data Governance Committee
- Assist and support the Director of Analytics as needed
- Miscellaneous task as requested by Director of Loyalty and Digital Engagement

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years working with digital analytics
- Post-Secondary education in a field with an emphasis on statistical and analytical skills such as statistics, mathematics or computer science
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Proficient in SQL or equivalent
- Experience and/or a keen interest in technology, digital applications and websites
- Experience running analysis for digital platforms including websites, CRM campaigns and digital games is a plus
- Hands-on experience supporting data driven insights for promotional initiatives
- Experience using analytical platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Microsoft Power BI
