Are you ready to plunge into new depths with Morgan? We're on the lookout for vibrant and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time, seasonal Pool Attendants. Be a crucial part of creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for our community members!
What We'll Expect From You:

Inspecting the pool for cleanliness and condition of furniture and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of pool decks and surrounding areas.

Assisting with set up/tear down of pool events.

Enforcing compliance of regulations for use of the pool as established by management.

Reporting to Management any dangerous or potentially troublesome situation, or repairs that might be needed.

Treating residents with respect and courtesy.

Reporting acts of vandalism, destruction of property and suspicious persons observed within the community to the designated supervisor.

Checking for proper identification needed for pool entry.

Ensure residents have a signed copy of pool rules on file.

Must have a good history of dependability and job performance.
Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be certified in CPR
(Morgan will reimburse for certifications with 2024 receipt)

CPR must be issued After September 2023 and must NOT expire prior to September 2024

The CPR Certification MUST say Adult, infant, and child or pediatric.

Online certification is not acceptable.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have a flexible schedule that will allow you to work weekends and holidays.

A background check and drug test will be conducted.
Pay Rate: starting at $17/hr
