We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and adaptable Cook to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional disaster recovery services.
As a Cook you will play a vital role in responding to the clients culinary demands by assisting with maintaining meals throughout dining cycles, preparing and serving meals, maintaining the galley, ensuring a sanitary work space, as well as supervising the crew. You will be involved in every step of the dining experience with Cotton Culinary.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Travel required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be willing to undergo extensive military background checks
- Must have availability for rotating shifts
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, equipment, and food safety protocols
- Must demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality
- Ability to organize, multitask, and time manage
- Must be able to work at a fast pace in a team environment
- Professional, good communication skills, passion for delivering quality service
- Neat and well-groomed, dependable and ability to work under pressure
Job Scope:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high energy environment that requires you to shift priorities
- Short-term contract preparing and serving breakfast + dinner
- Work Week: 7 days per week
- Shift Hours: AM and PM shifts available
