QC Kinetix is the premiere regenerative medical practice in the United States, with over 180 clinics currently open. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds!
We are currently looking for a highly organized and outgoing individual for our Front Desk Coordinator position at our Eugene, OR location. This person will perform administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, handling cancellations, gathering required information and documents, providing general information, and assisting patients with payment. The Front Desk Coordinator is the first and last representative seen, this role is responsible for ensuring that all patients start and end their concierge medical experience with a positive interaction.
The selected candidate must be available to attend virtual training on all processes and tasks associated with this position. The initial schedule is 1 day per week, on a Tuesday. Approximately 8am - 6pm
No Nights, No weekends, No On-Call!
Job Responsibilties:
- Smiles and demonstrates positive attitude.
- Confirms and schedules patient appointments, as well as cancellations and rescheduling requests.
- Checks in/checks out all patients using Salesforce CRM.
- Carries out all transactions using the POS software.
- Inputs all appropriate data upon intake of a new patient into Salesforce and Practice Fusion.
- Ensures all patients sign appropriate consents for the procedures they are receiving.
- Keeps track of kit and cell inventory on the inventory list. At the end of the shift, sends inventory that needs to be ordered.
- Sends end-of-day numbers to owner and sales team.
- Performs all opening/closing procedures according to the assigned duties.
- Develops and maintains a thorough working knowledge of all services, pricing, and products as well as all standard operating procedures.
- Assists Owner, Medical Doctor, Physician's Assistant, and Medical Assistant with special projects and tasks as needed
- Demonstrates hospitality and professionalism to all patients
