End Result: Administer resolution of complaints to customer’s satisfaction for assigned local Lion facility.
Key Activities to Realize End Result:

Monitor customer complaint activities and trends

Assign investigation teams to specific customer complaints.

Follow up with progress of customer complaint.
-
Provide corrective/preventive actions to Multi-Site Quality Mgr and Business Product Manager for final approval.

Send and track results of corrective/preventive action letter to customers.
-
Lead in a customer complaint bi-weekly meeting.
End Result: Maintain the respective systems in facility to comply with current ISO standards.
Key Activities to Realize End Result:

Conduct internal ISO audits according to the schedule provided by Multi-Site Quality Assurance Manager
-
Direct internal plant Quality audits: follow-up and record corrective action steps until actions have been completed satisfactory to ISO standards.

Prepare nonconformity reports to department leaders monthly.

Provide closure documentation of nonconformity reports.
-
Conduct cross-audits with other Lion facilities.
End Result: Provide backup support for Quality Assurance Analyst for other Lion facilities when needed. (i.e. PTO, sickness, any other absences of local plant QAA’s)
Key Activities to Realize End Result:

Grade and release all over-testing of production.
-
Correcting LIMS data when necessary.

Creates daily sample request for off-spec and non-conforming products for retesting.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
State the minimum type and level of training and/or formal education and experience required to do your job.
Education:

Associate or Technical degree
Related Experience:
-
Must have 3-5 of experience in this field
Special Training or Competencies:
-
Computer literacy, specifically SAP Quality Module, LIMS, Excel and other MS Office applications
-
Technical aptitude to understand requests and provide appropriate responses (data, reports, product dispositions)

Ability to multi-task competing priorities

Ability to work with customers and different departments
-
Basic knowledge of lab processes, sampling, and testing

Basic knowledge of Quality Management principles and ISO 9001
