We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on time
- Collaborate with project managers to identify project requirements and goals
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget
- Utilize tools such as Visio for project documentation
- Support process improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in project coordination and engineering
- Proficiency in cost control and process management
- Ability to manage vendors effectively
- Familiarity with tools like Visio for project documentation
- Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
