We are looking for a strong creative person to join our Team! As a Mover on our Team, you will support the Warehouse Manager and Lead Stager/ Operations Manager with staging in Anacortes and surrounding areas. This position is located in our warehouse on 32nd and T Avenue in Anacortes, WA. This role will involve a significant amount of time at the warehouse as well as on job sites packing, wrapping, installing and removing furniture, art and accessories for homes that are listed for sale.
You will need to be physically strong enough to lift 75-100 lbs. and have the coordination to safely and carefully maneuver doorways and stairs. You will have basic handyman skills in order to help with various tasks such as assembling warehouse racking, dining tables, beds, and hanging art.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Stager and Team Lead assigned to each install.
- Exhibit professional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Review stage plans provided to strategically place large furniture in the desired configuration.
- Prepare and safeguard all items, ensuring readiness for deployment to the stage.
- Communicate timely arrivals and departures at the warehouse and job site to the Team Lead.
- Provide outstanding customer service while safely transporting inventory in and out of properties.
- Assist the Team Lead with truck inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness in warehouses and offices, repairing furniture as needed or requested by the Team Lead.
Qualifications:
- Possess a current driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Physical abilities allowing the lifting of up to 100 lbs.
- Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Prior moving experience is required.
- Strong spatial awareness and organizational skills to optimize storage and facilitate easy deployment.
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt creatively from the original plan.
