Business Finance Supervisor, TJX FP&A

What You Will Do:
Partner with different areas of the business to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to our CFOs and senior leadership teams
Synthesize conclusions and develop recommendations based on data you have captured
Drive annual and long range budgeting processes
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support corporate decision making
Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership
Collaborate cross functionally with other areas of TJX such as Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, Marketing, and Merchandising
Potential Projects:

Develop 1, 3 and 5-year financial plans and budgets

Capital Investment Decision Process – evaluate projects to determine if they meet ROI criteria, as well as support the long term growth of the business

Real Estate – provide store pro-forma analysis and other property evaluations for the company

Store Performance – analyze operational efficiencies and expense controls to ensure profit is maximized in each location

Marketing Campaigns – partner with Marketing to evaluate advertising and media campaigns

Merchandising Initiatives – evaluate inventory management/merchandising initiatives

Executive presentation preparation and KPI performance reporting
Who We Are Looking For: You.

4+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking or other related fields

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred

Prior experience leading others in a dynamic, fast paced environment a plus

Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation development skills; ability to develop robust interactive excel models independently

Excellent communications skills with the ability to deliver insights, recommendations, and results concisely and effectively to Executive Level management

Ability to work with ambiguity, removing obstacles and maintaining focus in complicated situations to deliver results for self and team

Promotes collaboration within team & cross-functionally and actively finds opportunities for improvements

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including high level of attention to detail and ability to drive & lead change

Proven track record prioritizing tasks and delivering results while handling multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment

This position has a starting salary range of $90,200 to $115,200 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
