MARKETING SUPPORT
At United Home Group, our Marketing Department provides Expansion Partners with the resources and materials you need to grow your business. We offer customizable and printable flyers, social media content, automated email marketing campaigns, and much more.
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced, motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate has been in business a year or more and would like to take their business to the next level will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. If you are passionate about real estate and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Duties:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
Experience:
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Proven track record of sales
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
_ Knowledge of real estate administrative processes
- Understanding of real estate law
