Machine Operator
Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining various machines to produce high-quality components. Your responsibilities will include setting up machines, monitoring production, conducting quality control checks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a safe work environment.
Duties:
- Operate and monitor machinery to maintain efficient production processes
- Set up machines as per specifications for optimal performance
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to uphold quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine-related issues promptly
- Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety protocols
- Follow established safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
Qualifications:
- Experience with fabricating machinery such as lathes, presses, and press brake machines
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for accurate production
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM programming and CNC machines
- Knowledge of logic controllers for machine operations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints effectively
