- Review and process payroll for onsite employees, approving invoices based on matching budgeted expenses and historical monthly billing.
- Manage tenant work orders and bill tenants monthly.
- Process invoices for vendors and manage monthly utility meter readings and billings.
- Create manual billings for tenants.
- Create contracts and purchase orders (POs) for vendors and set up new vendors in the systems.
- Monitor, update, and file certificates of insurance for all vendors and tenants according to tracked dates in the systems.
- Update tenant contact lists, add critical dates, and add new tenants to the systems.
- Manage onsite events for conference room usage and other needs.
Years of Experience Needed:
- 2+ years of real estate administrative experience.

Systems/Software Proficiencies:
- Required: Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi (or similar platform to Yardi).
- Preferred: Pulse, P2P, Angus, MRI, Canva.
Certifications/Licenses:

- Ability to work independently.
- Follow up on items emailed by partners in a timely manner without needing follow-ups from the hiring manager.
- Utilize resources on the intranet to learn processes and procedures.
- Answer inquiries from tenants and provide excellent customer service.
Top Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Pulse, P2P, Angus, MRI, and Canva.
- More than two years of experience.
