Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, including inpatient, urgent care, and neonatal ventilator units. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. This role requires a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and assist with procedures as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly
- Participate in case management and triage activities as required
- Utilize DME equipment and assist with tube feeding when necessary
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in primary care and patient care
- Proficiency in neonatal ventilator management
- Strong triage skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of toddler care practices
- Familiarity with case management principles
- Ability to work well under pressure in urgent care situations
