Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general support of the Quality Management System including Document Control, Control of Quality Records, general Quality Documentation, MSA/Gage Calibration, and Internal/External Audits.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining quality management system document control and control of quality records processes including creation and revision of documentation.
- Responsible for assisting Management with reporting including: IMDS, Conflict Minerals, REACH, RoHS, Customer Surveys and Assessments, management of customer specific requirements matrix, internal audit scheduling.
- Responsible for coordinating measuring equipment Calibration/Verification activities and MSA documentation including Gage R&R activities.
- Use of quality tools and gages such as calipers, pins, scales, location gages, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining plant Master Samples including proper documentation.
- Performance of internal quality audits and reporting and verification of corrective action(s) as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree (preferably in science) and 5+ years Quality Analyst experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001; IATF 16949; ISO 14001
- Knowledge and experience in ERP Systems (IQMS/DELMIAWorks Preferred)
- Experience Implementing and Leading Project Teams with the goal of continual improvement.

- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must have Microsoft Office software (365) experience with a high proficiency in Excel.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills.
