New Bath Today is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Administration Associate to join the team! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be resourceful and flexible with a good sense of judgement. Experience working in a fast-paced office environment in an administrative or clerical capacity is preferred.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. No holidays, no weekends, no late nights. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, & vision insurance, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.
Job Responsibilities:

Process and submit sales commission statements for payment.
- Call customers to collect final payment for completed jobs.
- Verify systems reflect accurate customer and payment statuses.
- Resolve failed customer payments.
- Liaise with VA and qualified customers regarding HISA grants.
- Support Administration Manager as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity for learning new software and systems.
