Responsibilities:
- Service Coordination:
- Organize and monitor the provision of early intervention services.
- Family Support:
- Assist families in accessing and navigating various services and supports, including healthcare, educational, and community resources.
- Provide families with information, support, and resources to empower them to make informed decisions.
- Maintain regular communication with families to address their needs and monitor their progress.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies regarding early intervention services.
- Collaboration and Advocacy:
- Collaborate with service providers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of children and families within the early intervention system.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, special education, social work, psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in case management, early intervention, special education, or related fields, or service coordination is beneficial.

- Strong understanding of child development and early intervention principles.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in early intervention.
