Staff work with Clubhouse members to cultivate abilities/strengths and work toward recovery through meaningful activities. Will work along-side members engaging and participating in a “work ordered day”. Will assist in leading/organizing the business/culinary unit to engage members in Clubhouse operations. Create, link and monitor employment opportunities and meet with employers in the community to establish relationships to gain transitional and supported employment. Will assist with building resumes, submitting applications and enhancing employment skills. Staff assist with transportation to/from Clubhouse as well as to an employers location. Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred, HS diploma/GED required. Must be willing to obtain a Chauffeur’s license as well as work some holidays/weekends. Typical schedule is [4] 10 hour days per week.
