Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking a Cash Management Specialist in their Clara City Location. With this position, you would be part of a coordinated team that works with both new and existing business customers to establish Digital Banking services and provide ongoing support. Some services include remotely depositing checks, ACH transfers for direct deposit and vendor payments, and other external funds transfers. This position will involve providing customer service, data entry, compiling and analyzing data, and be a supporting role for the department.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Work with branch staff to establish Digital Banking services with both new and existing business customers.
- Review and maintain customer relationships by conducting research and analyzing customer data.
- Set-up and provide training to business customers on their Digital Banking services; troubleshoot issues when necessary.
- Occasionally travel to business customer’s offices to provide equipment and complete software installations and trainings.
- Work with Microsoft Word and Excel to assist with the completion of documentation, account information, and service agreements.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and proprietary information.
