We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is willing to take responsibilities as business development and account executive, and will be responsible for-
- Prospecting and build a strong funnel with outbound calls and attending inbound leads
- Conduct discovery calls and build rapport with the prospects
- Schedule product demonstration and conduct demos
- Win new accounts and introducing customers to the accounts team after agreement sign-off
- Deliver on defined monthly quota and achieve other key performance metrics
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or technology
- 1-2 years of SDR experience in IT, SaaS
- Dependable, result-driven and empathetic, and someone who enjoys working independently
- 'Problem-solving' and 'value selling 'sales approach
Compensation-
- There will be a base hourly or fixed payout for the number of hours of engagement
- No limit bonus/commission
