Compensation is $60,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
The Caminos Compliance Manager will act as the Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Coordinator for the Caminos Program. This role involves staying informed about and overseeing all regulations, field guidance, and other requirements pertinent to the Caminos Program. The Compliance Manager will work with agency staff, as needed, to develop and maintain essential plans, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the Compliance Manager will lead the implementation of policies, procedures, and plans across agency programs to ensure they align with relevant regulatory, contractual, grant, risk management, and best practice standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social service field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with child welfare standards, best practice and compliance issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, great organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and team with coworkers.
- Knowledge of and experience with quality improvement, compliance and regulations impacting human services is extremely beneficial. Specific knowledge of Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) regulations, Illinois and federal confidentiality regulations (including HIPAA) is preferred. Experience with developing and implementing agency policies and procedures is preferred. Supervisory and/or leadership experience is preferred.
