Job Summary:
We are looking to immediately hire a dynamic Sales Specialist with a history of meeting expectations. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting for clients and cultivating the relationships while promoting our fractional CFO services. This role requires a strong understanding of prospecting and sales techniques as well as exceptional customer service skills. We are seeking seriously motivated sales professionals who are looking for a role that challenges them but can actually deliver true financial freedom through monthly residuals. Our former IRS tax attorneys have a combined 20+ years of experience working for the IRS and are the best in the business of managing and optimizing cash flows for growing businesses that are in need of a top-tier CFO but who don't want to invest multiple six figures per year in a CFO's salary. We make it easy for businesses to set and reach annual financial goals while remaining in compliance with the IRS.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Coordinate interviews and work with our team to close deals to drive revenue growth
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
Compensation:
Our CFO service starts at $7,500 per month depending on the size of the business and the amount of involvement needed. Contracts are purchased with 12 month commitments.
- $1,000 per month per client
- Example: You close 3 clients in June. You earn $3,000 in commissions + $3,000 in monthly residuals for at least 12 months. Total compensation = $36,000
- Example 2: You close 3 clients in June and earn $3,000. You close 3 clients in July and earn $6,000 ($3,000 in July commissions + $3,000 from June residuals). Total compensation = $72,000
- 10 clients = $10,000 in monthly residuals (passive income)
- $5,000 bonus after 10 clients signed

Pay: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
