Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors entering the office building.
- Update badges as necessary.
- Print guest badges.
- Validate parking for guests.
- Coordinate conference room bookings.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education level
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanour
- Excellent communication abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in concierge or hospitality roles would be advantageous.
