Job Summary
The role of the Account Supervisor position is to help drive iostudio’s business forward and help our clients achieve success. This role will report to the Senior Account Director and will support multiple clients including commercial and federal contracts.
We are looking to add a detail-oriented Account Supervisor responsible for managing and leading retained clients, as well as identifying and supporting business development efforts. The experience you bring will be essential to guiding our cross-functional team in creating successful campaigns for clients.
Responsibilities
- Work as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; managing day-to-day interaction and leading client meetings – offering strategic insight and ideas.

Manage client deliverables across internal disciplines; develop and share creative briefs, set timelines and reviews with creative, include project management and technology teams; ensure the timely handoff of deliverables to client.

Understand data analytics, prepare key insights, and create weekly/monthly actionable suggestions for client betterment.

Ensure quality assurance on all deliverables being sent to client or being deployed to market.

Responsible for collaborating with partnering agencies and subcontractors as appropriate.

Assist Senior Account Director with annual planning, business enhancement ideas, and new business development, especially federal contracting, and proposal development.

Remain a student of your discipline; continue to study trends, marketing initiatives and growth, and participate in networking and industry associations.

Learn and abide by the operating policies and procedures of iostudio

Represent iostudio in a professional manner with all client leadership, vendors, and staff

Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience - can include brand management, marketing, advertising, digital marketing. Must have at least 3 years of client-facing experience.

Strong understanding of account structure – scope of work, finance, billing, burn reporting.

Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate ideas to clients, vendors, team members and others in a clear and concise manner

Passion and understanding of digital marketing – content management, campaign development, paid media, analytics, and reporting.

Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite required.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and switch quickly and comfortably between projects as determined by supervisor, clients, or other circumstances.

Ability to work effectively with other team members and maintain positive morale and a sense of teamwork.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected with the ability to problem solve.

Ability to qualify for a government security clearance – as required by government contract

Citizen of the United States of America – as required by government contract
Education and Experience

B.A. or B.S. in Business or related field

Industry certifications a plus

6+ years of account management experience

Experience in recruitment marketing, healthcare communication, or federal contracting is preferred.
