Position Summary
Bakkavor USA, a leader in the fresh prepared food manufacturing industry, is seeking an FSQA Coordinator. This position is responsible for preparing, managing, reviewing, and organizing documents and data for the quality department to ensure food safety, regulatory, and customer requirements. The FSQA Coordinator will maintain documentation to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily traceable. This role requires familiarity with all FSQA tech responsibilities and cross-training throughout the department to perform any task as needed. Additionally, the FSQA Coordinator will be capable of training others in the FSQA department.
Key Responsibilities
- Label, categorize, and organize documents according to their purposes and submit them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Review and manage all GMP-related documentation, including filing and transferring data to master spreadsheets.
- Ensure documentation meets formal requirements and standards, and report any errors found to management.
- Retrieve and review archived records in case of customer complaints and traceability issues.
- Follow and improve document control procedures.
- Review delivery records and issue supplier alerts where required.
- Confirm product disposition and escalate issues of non-conformance.
- Provide training related to CCP documentation and SOP development where required.
- Perform other reporting tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience at QA 2 level or above.
- Document review responsibility.
- Spanish fluency preferred.
- HACCP, PCQI, Seafood HACCP training.
- GFSI experience, preferably SQF.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
