As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by architecting, evaluating, implementing, and maintaining our Identity Management Platform, IAM software integrations, and system optimization/automation of our SaaS platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure Infrastructure, and ancillary systems. This role reports to the IT Project Manager and oversees initiatives, integrations of identity and automation platforms and other projects as assigned.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Lead the team to implement Identity and Access Management projects and platforms.
- Participate in security threat mitigation efforts through identity platforms.
- Assist in licensing and capacity planning for identity and access management platforms.
- Effectively represent the IT Department to the Company’s internal departments, management, auditors, regulators, etc.
What It Takes to Succeed

We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:
- Proven expertise in systems and the business to design and document data models, process flows, integrations and interfaces for new functionality and change requests to IAM systems, which may be self- implemented or by additional resources.
- + 4 years’ progressive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for Email and Cloud based identity solutions.
- Experience with Powershell automations.
- Good understanding of GRC controls and methods to satisfy regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, such as automation, optimization, and process improvements to enhance the performance and scalability of the Azure/M365 IAM solutions.
