Job Summary:
This position's primary duties are to scan and index all loan documents, post-closing review, exception tracking, and maintaining property insurance for all types of loan collateral.
Essential Functions:

Ensure that loan documents are scanned and indexed in accordance with bank guidelines, and ensure that all documents are properly executed
- Reviews TE's (technical exceptions) upon scanning of documentation, researches and clears when applicable

Perform limited post-closing review for necessary documents

Maintains original bank defined documents

Works all incoming property insurance

Works existing property insurance TE's and other TE's as assigned

Has the ability to handle moderately complex issues/problems; refers more complex issues to senior staff

May assist with training other employees in the department

Ability to communicate well with various levels

Provides support for other functions or roles
Additional Functions:

Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements (Education, Experience):

High School Diploma
-
2+ years experience in consumer and commercial lending practices with basic knowledge of loan system
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Working knowledge experience with computer systems; Microsoft Word and Excel preferred

Good organizational and time management skills.

Strong sense of customer service.

Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Flexibility and ability to multi-task
Physical Requirements:
This work is sedentary and requires the following physical activities:
- Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.

Frequent lifting (up to 25 pounds of paper supplies or minor office equipment).
