As a Clerk Processor II you will be responsible for customer service, accepting donations from the public, distributing receipts, sorting, stacking crates using either a forklift or Crown stacker (depending on location), merchandising, sorting, cleaning, hanging, pricing, and tagging miscellaneous donated merchandise. We have fun while providing fast, and friendly service to all of our customers and donors.
- Adhere to principles of work station organization

Provides quality customer service in a timely and courteous manner to all shoppers, donors and employees.

Responsible for transporting heavy materials in dock/warehouse by forklift or Crown stacker.

Responsible for loading and unloading of containers/bales on and off trucks and trailers.

Assist in ensuring machinery is in proper working order.

Responsible for adhering to safety standards set forth by Goodwill.

Cleans sorts, hangs, and tags saleable items. Prices saleable items according to established pricing guide.

Assesses each article as to quality, style, type, and use. Remove and deposits all unacceptable items into trash or salvage containers.

Stocks and presents merchandise for maximum salability and keeps Management informed as to merchandise needs.

Performs other duties as assigned

Must have current company issued forklift or Crown stacker certification.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must have an inclination toward repetitive and routine tasks.

Preferred Qualifications of the Role:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous retail and or warehouse experience preferred.
