ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Les Mckinley - State Farm Agent is searching for competitive individuals who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your new-found knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license
- Life & Health license
