**Job Title: Clerk**
**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, order entry, proposal writing, Quickbooks, invoicing/billing and general administrative tasks. As a Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our office.
**Duties:**
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Generate monthly invoices and send to clients.
- Seek out RFPs and prepare proposals for potiential new clients.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to input data and generate reports.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a clerk or similar role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in order entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Knowledge of invoicing/billing duties is a plus.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeepinh/accounting tasks is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
