As a Bowling Counter team member at KingPins Portland your role is to set the stage for our guests, welcoming them and providing information about all of our attractions and specials. You guide our guests through the attractions we offer to ensure their experience is fun and memorable.
All candidates are required to attend an open interview. This is your opportunity to have a one-on-one interview with a manager. Attend an interview Monday or Wednesday from 4-6pm, walk-ins welcome.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
- Greet and inform guests about the facility and its services, promotions and prices
- Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
- Managing a waiting list, answering phones and taking reservations
- Promoting and recommending attractions based on guest’s needs
- Meet sanitation standards and assist with daily and weekly cleaning
- Processing payment transactions and welcoming our guests back
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Guest focused mindset
- Work well within a team environment
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Effective communication with Guests, Team Members and Management
- Knowledge of all venue attractions
-Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Responsibilities require regular bending, stooping and kneeling
