Responsibilities include:
· Lead trainer
· FOH scheduling
· BOH schedule review
· Execute operational systems with crew
· Opening, closing & shift duties for crew
· Review comps/voids
· Keep the FOH up to speed on communication from the manager meetings and upcoming events/promotions
· Continual beverage and food suggestive selling training as well as steps of service
· Continually running contests and keeping team motivated (communicate with Chef on contest ideas to ensure proper food prep)
· Inventory management
· Location readiness guide
