Job Description:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and deliveries.
Our goal is for you to be able to create a guest experience with the highest standards, as well as facilitate quick logistics of getting deliveries to our receiving area.
Typical Work Conditions:
· Naturally greet guests upon entering the lobby with a sincere and welcoming smile.
· Offer assistance in order to help if you see the need.
· Assist and direct deliveries for all shipping partners.
Equipment Used:
· Roller dolly
Neighborhood requirements:
· Knowledge of Community and Local Maps.
Knowledge/Training:
- High school diploma and/or equivalent with two years of hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, good oral and written communication
skills, good organizational skills, proficient computer knowledge Microsoft Word and
Excel, PowerPoint.
- Clear and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Essential Tasks:
- Facilitate the needs of the clients and easily direct them to the second floor.
- Learn the names and personally recognize two : minds regulars.
- Possess the ability to anticipate the needs of client’s requests before they have even been made.
- Be knowledgeable about the store & its product
- Be able to prioritize job functions to best satisfy the guest.
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
- Trained to follow Health, Safety and Sanitation Guidelines.
- Maintain and keep all areas clean.
- Restocking and replenishing products and supplies during shift when needed.
- Maintain an orderly lobby while making sure all guests are satisfied.
- Trained to follow all Emergency and Life Safety Procedures following key control procedures.
- Follow dress code standards for your position.
- Be flexible to perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.
- All personnel are subject to work in other areas of the space in positions not previously listed in your job description as needed.
- All personnel are expected to work their scheduled days and shifts. Employees are also expected to be able to perform their essential duties with or without any reasonable accommodation.
