Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Services Agents. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized financial guidance to clients and help them achieve their financial goals. We offer comprehensive training and sponsorships for State Life licenses, federal investment licenses (Series 6/63, Series 26, Series 65), and NMLS Mortgage License, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate their financial journey.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and superior service.
- Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate financial products and services based on clients' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
- If not already licensed, willingness to obtain required licenses with company sponsorship.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
