Responsibilities
•Your primary focus in this role will be interacting with current or prospective Members with professionalism and positivity
•Primarily you will be trained to resolve voice and email interactions interchangeably, focused on topics including general member inquiries, returns, tracking orders, and modifying orders
Qualifications
•Minimum of 1-year call center experience
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Proficient in relevant computer applications
•1-3 years of experience in a Contact (CALL) center environment
•Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
•Excellent data entry and typing skills
•Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
•Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
