The Role:
- The Outside Salesperson is responsible for creating sales, establishing and maintaining both client and referral relationships, curating a steady pipeline of active opportunities, and consistently hitting the established monthly sales quota. This is NOT an entry level position and the candidate will have a proven track record of outside (not inside) sales. Target clients are UNWI in the built/construction environment.

Your Schedule:
Your Day-to-Day:
- Outside Sales
- Networking (Curation of referral sources)
- Review project plans/drawing and determine scope of work
- Create proposals & send within 24hrs
- Obtain client approval and signature
- Primary point of contact for your projects
- Communication with the project team (In-house scheduler, install, procurement, billing)
- Traveling to your project sites as required (Valid DL Req'd)
- Attending Company & Marketing Events (+2-3x/mo)
Your Compensation:
- Base Pay = $70k/yr
- Commission = 5% of Pre-tax Sales
- 1st Year Sales Quota = $1M (1st 60 Day Quota = $100k)
- 1st Year On-Target Earnings (OTE) = $120k
- There is no cap to commissions (Sell more, make more!)
