Position: Financial Advisor

Summary:
Navitas is seeking a dedicated Financial Advisor to join our team. This role will focus on providing financial advice, investment recommendations, and comprehensive financial services to both new and existing clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek opportunities to bring in new clients and expand your existing client base.
- Manage and service existing client accounts by analyzing financial situations, investment portfolios, and long-term financial goals.
- Identify opportunities for financial planning services, tax strategies, life insurance, and other services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, becoming their primary financial point of contact.
- Provide clients with tailored investment recommendations and financial advice.
- Monitor clients' investment portfolios, making necessary adjustments to align with their goals.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess financial progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and interpret financial documents, investment performance reports, and income projections.
- Coordinate project plans with clients’ outside legal, tax, and financial professionals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and financial regulations to ensure compliance and competitive strategies.
- Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with other financial professionals.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of investment strategies and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, investment management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in working with affluent families ($10m to $100m+ net worth).
- Required FINRA Series 7, 63, and/or 65 licenses.
- CPA or attorney background also considered as alternative to financial services experience.
