Responsible for driving strategic business initiatives across the organization that are in support of our strategy and business performance expectations
Lead the coordination and facilitation of Business Development Management meetings, planning calendar, and driving accountability and progress through strategic agendas and follow ups
Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing and other cross functional units to ensure we translate business needs into prioritized actions, KPIs and execution of plans
Lead the preparation of materials for operational and quarterly business reviews
Create a sales operations roadmap in partnership with key cross functional leaders to ensure our infrastructure, tools, processes evolve to deliver a positive sales and customer experience
Execute strategy to ensure we operate as efficiently and effectively as possible in support of our revenue and performance targets
Lead sales readiness and change management plans for key business initiatives ensuring our teams are fully equipped to generate a great customer experience
Establish a culture of action, urgency, and discipline, with continuous data-driven decision making and performance measurement
Provide strategic direction to capitalize on market opportunities and grow market-share
