JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Services Representative at Tax Processing Solutions, you will be responding to inquiries from our existing clients and receiving inbound calls for status updates. You play a critical role in supporting and educating our Clients throughout their time with us. You will be expected to communicate realistic timelines and interact with Case Managers and Settlement Officers regularly with case updates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with Case Managers/Tax Professionals in a professional and timely manner.
- Answer/transfer calls and update clients on case status as needed.
- Outbound calls to our existing client base requesting case documents.
- Prioritize case load and assignments as needed.
- Collect and scan documents into Client’s case file.
- Review, edit, and upload various documents into corresponding case files.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years experience as Customer Service Representative
- Bilingual English and Spanish a benefit
- Proficient computer skills (Google suite, MS office, Typing, and Adobe Acrobat)
- Typing speed minimum 40 words/min
- Previous call center experience
- High Volume In/Outbound call experience.
- Exceptional Customer service approach.
- Positive “Can Do” attitude
- Experience with CRM LOGICS highly preferred
- Working knowledge of the finance/ tax resolution industries
