Overview:
Our company offers Industrial B2B sales, and service of energy related products. We are seeking a Branch Manager experienced in a sales and service environment to oversee daily operations – counter sales, service shop, and warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach with proven success in managing efficient and profitable operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the business
- Ensure training and development of personnel
- Work with regional managers to develop and execute on strategy to grow business
- Manage the operation to maximize the financial success of the branch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Promote and drive a positive culture
- Responsible for the overall P&L of the branch
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team
- Knowledge of the energy industry and products used
- Previous work experience with engineered products solutions highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be highly organized
- Strong customer service mentality
