Agents, we have several products from the leading insurance companies. We have products for personal, commercial, and ag clients from preferred, standard to nonstandard appointments You will be compensated by a base monthly paid twice per month and commission on the premium you close. We prefer motivated professionals and we love to cross-sell! We have products from major key carriers to insure personal to commercial to farm ag business. We have the products. Our price is very competitive, and the carriers are top rated. We need closers that are interested in building their book and income. We have the training and offer ways to be very successful. We have lead generation in many avenues and formats as well as you are able to create your own pipeline. If you are a team player and a go-getter you will enjoy our culture. We don’t see how you could fail with the support we provide. We are in it for the long term, so we will groom our agents to be as well.
We have a management system in place along with the quoting system and website to get interested leads as well as utilize Social media and referral programs. We will help with lead opportunities, as more leads will be given to producers with higher close rates. You should be able to get your own leads to increase your income. We want producers that are hungry to increase their income and build a book of sustainable business.
We balance a work from home/office environment as we realize the importance of commuting as well as the work-life balance. We are licensed in TN, KY, AL, and AR.
