Full Time Position
Our Podiatrists at AZ Feet Fixers work with a positive, friendly team at our established podiatry practice in beautiful, sunny Glendale, Arizona. Applicants who are motivated, board qualified/certified foot and ankle specialists are strongly encouraged to apply and join our medical team. Compensation is very aggressive as we are offering a percentage of collections along with a monthly salary draw. Compensation based on actual numbers will be $200,000-$250,000+.
Potential candidates will enjoy working at our full-service podiatry practice clinic treating all aspects of podiatry related issues including routine care, regenerative and sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage and surgery. We offer state of the art in office medical equipment for quick, accurate assessment and diagnosis including x-rays and utrasound.
Another added benefit of working at our podiatry practice is we do NOT have long- term care facilities and we do NOT make house calls. All work time is spent within the clinical office setting and at the hospital doing surgeries and consults. Physicians enjoy a Monday through Friday 8am-5pm work schedule.
Only one physician works at the Glendale clinic. It is a well established clinic with the physician seeing around 25 plus patients per day. Friendly office staff.

Podiatrist Physician Responsibilities:
- Assess patient’s foot, ankle and lower leg conditions. Identify diseases and injuries and formulate a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Provide consultations for podiatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Follow up with patients in the office after hospital consultations.
- Provide treatment for routine and complex foot, ankle and lower leg conditions.
- Complete orders, prescriptions and treatment notes in a timely manner.
- Educate the patient and family members throughout the entire course of treatment.
- Obtain informed consents prior to performing any surgical procedures.
- Perform surgeries as needed. Physician surgery mentor available for new physicians and/or any physicians wanting to gain more surgical experience with our Board Certified Podiatry Surgeon. (Board Certified with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons)
- We work closely with our in network vein and vascular specialists for true limb salvage.
- Regenerative medicine is an important part of this practice and offers a great substitute to surgery.
Podiatrist Duties and recommendations:
- Be able to work effectively and professionally with medical assistants and other staff.
- Take after hour calls on a rotating basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must for this position. Maintaining positive office morale is very important.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Adequate computer skills as all medical notes are done electronically.
- Adhere to strict patient confidentiality protocols.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
Podiatrist Physician Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited podiatry medical school and completed an accredited residency program.
- Board Qualified or Board Certified (DPM)
- 2-3 year surgical residency preferred
- Active Arizona Podiatry Medical License. The Arizona Board of Podiatry now offers a licensure by Universal Recognition. See the podiatry.az.gov website for more information.
- Active Arizona Dispensary License
- Current DEA License
- United States citizen or have proper paperwork for long-term employment
